These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the website purgingrinse.shop and all online morning exercise products and services offered by Purgingrinse, including the Dawn Essentials Kit, Weekly Flow Access subscription, Personal Morning Coach package, guided video sessions, live group classes, and downloadable resources. By accessing our website or purchasing any product, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. About Purgingrinse

Purgingrinse is a Helsinki-based provider of online morning exercise programs designed to help individuals build consistent, energizing movement routines. 2. Eligibility

You must be at least eighteen years of age to purchase or use our morning exercise products. By using our services, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under Finnish law. Our programs are intended for generally healthy adults. You are responsible for assessing whether any exercise session is appropriate for your current physical condition.

3. Products and Services

3.1 Dawn Essentials Kit

The Dawn Essentials Kit is a one-time digital purchase priced at €29 including applicable VAT. It includes twelve guided video sessions, printable routine cards, and a habit-tracking template. Access is granted upon successful payment and remains available for twelve months from the purchase date unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

3.2 Weekly Flow Access

Weekly Flow Access is a recurring monthly subscription priced at €49 per month including applicable VAT. It provides unlimited streaming access to our full exercise library, two live group sessions per month, and seasonal program updates. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled.

3.3 Personal Morning Coach

The Personal Morning Coach package is priced at €89 including applicable VAT. It includes a sixty-minute one-on-one video consultation, a customized four-week exercise plan, two follow-up check-in calls, and access to Dawn Essentials Kit content. Consultation scheduling is subject to instructor availability.

4. Account Registration

Certain products require account creation on purgingrinse.shop. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current information during registration and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access at admin@purgingrinse.shop.

5. Payment Terms

All prices are displayed in euros and include Finnish VAT where applicable. Payment is processed at the time of purchase through our secure payment providers. For subscription products, your payment method will be charged on the renewal date each month. Failed payments may result in suspension of access until the outstanding amount is settled. We reserve the right to change pricing for future billing cycles with thirty days advance notice to active subscribers.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on purgingrinse.shop, including video sessions, exercise sequences, written materials, graphics, logos, and the Purgingrinse brand, is owned by or licensed to us and protected by Finnish and international copyright law. Your purchase grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content for your own morning exercise practice. You may not copy, distribute, publicly display, sublicense, sell, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent.

7. Acceptable Use

When using our morning exercise services, you agree not to share account credentials with others, record or redistribute video sessions, use automated tools to scrape website content, attempt to circumvent access controls, interfere with website functionality, use our services for any unlawful purpose, or misrepresent your identity during coaching consultations. Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of access without refund.

8. Health and Safety Disclaimer

Our morning exercise programs are for general fitness and wellness purposes. They are not a substitute for professional advice tailored to your individual circumstances. You participate in all sessions at your own risk. Stop any exercise that causes pain or discomfort. Consult a qualified fitness or wellness professional before beginning a new exercise program if you have concerns about your ability to participate safely. Purgingrinse is not liable for injuries resulting from your participation in our programs except where liability cannot be excluded under mandatory Finnish consumer protection law.

9. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel Weekly Flow Access at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at admin@purgingrinse.shop. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused days within a billing cycle. Upon cancellation, access to subscription content ends when the current period expires.

10. Service Availability

We strive to maintain continuous availability of purgingrinse.shop and streaming services but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may temporarily affect availability. We will make reasonable efforts to notify subscribers of planned downtime affecting live group sessions.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Finnish law, Purgingrinse shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our morning exercise products. Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim during the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12. Consumer Rights

If you are a consumer resident in Finland or the European Union, you have statutory rights under Finnish consumer protection legislation and EU Directive 2011/83/EU. For digital content, your right of withdrawal may be limited once you have consented to immediate delivery and acknowledged the loss of withdrawal rights. Details are provided in our Return Policy. These terms do not affect your mandatory statutory rights.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Finland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Helsinki, Finland, without prejudice to your right as a consumer to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence. EU consumers may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Use to reflect changes in our products, legal requirements, or business practices. Material changes will be notified via email to registered users or through a notice on purgingrinse.shop at least fourteen days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
