This Return Policy explains the refund, cancellation, and withdrawal rights applicable to digital morning exercise products purchased from Purgingrinse through purgingrinse.shop, including the Dawn Essentials Kit, Weekly Flow Access subscription, and Personal Morning Coach package. We are committed to fair and transparent policies that comply with Finnish consumer protection law and EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.

2. Nature of Our Products

All products offered by Purgingrinse are digital services and content delivered electronically. The Dawn Essentials Kit provides immediate access to video sessions and downloadable materials upon purchase. Weekly Flow Access is a recurring digital subscription with ongoing content delivery. Personal Morning Coach includes digital consultation, a customized exercise plan, and access to kit content. No physical goods are shipped.

3. Right of Withdrawal for EU Consumers

As a consumer in Finland or the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires fourteen days from the day of contract conclusion for service contracts, or fourteen days from the day you receive access to digital content.

However, for digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium, you lose your right of withdrawal if you have given your express prior consent to begin performance before the withdrawal period ends and have acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal once delivery has begun. At checkout for our morning exercise products, you will be asked to confirm this before accessing content.

4. Dawn Essentials Kit Refunds

The Dawn Essentials Kit is priced at €29 including VAT. If you have not yet accessed any video sessions or downloaded materials, you may request a full refund within fourteen days of purchase by contacting admin@purgingrinse.shop with your order number. Once you have streamed any session or downloaded printable materials, the digital delivery has begun and the right of withdrawal is waived as acknowledged at purchase.

If you experience technical issues preventing access to purchased content despite reasonable troubleshooting with our support team, we will either resolve the access problem or provide a full refund regardless of content access status.

5. Weekly Flow Access Cancellations and Refunds

Weekly Flow Access is billed at €49 per month including VAT. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings on purgingrinse.shop or by emailing admin@purgingrinse.shop. Cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period. Access continues until the end of the paid period.

If you cancel within fourteen days of your first subscription payment and have not accessed any subscription content, you may request a full refund of the initial payment. Partial refunds for unused days within a billing cycle are not provided except where required by mandatory consumer protection law.

If we materially change subscription terms or pricing, you will receive thirty days notice and may cancel without penalty before the change takes effect.

6. Personal Morning Coach Refunds

The Personal Morning Coach package is priced at €89 including VAT. If you request a refund before your scheduled consultation has taken place and before accessing any included Dawn Essentials Kit content, you are entitled to a full refund within fourteen days of purchase.

Once the sixty-minute consultation has been conducted, the personalized service has been delivered and refunds are not available for the consultation portion. If the customized exercise plan has not yet been delivered, a partial refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis. If kit content has been accessed, standard kit refund rules apply to that portion.

If we cancel or reschedule your consultation with less than forty-eight hours notice and cannot offer a suitable alternative time, you may request a full refund.

7. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

To request a refund, cancellation, or exercise your withdrawal right, contact us at admin@purgingrinse.shop or +358504902815. Include your full name, email address used for purchase, order or subscription reference number, product name, purchase date, and reason for your request. We will acknowledge receipt within two business days and process eligible refunds within fourteen days using the original payment method.

For subscription cancellations, specify whether you wish to cancel at the end of the current billing period or immediately. Immediate cancellation ends access at the time of processing.

8. Defective Digital Content

Under Finnish consumer law, digital content must conform to the contract and be fit for the intended purpose. If our morning exercise videos are corrupted, inaccessible for extended periods due to our fault, or materially different from their description, you have the right to require us to bring the content into conformity, receive a proportionate price reduction, or terminate the contract and receive a refund. Contact us promptly at admin@purgingrinse.shop to report any such issues.

9. Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly. Unfounded chargebacks for legitimately delivered digital morning exercise content may result in account suspension and recovery of associated fees where permitted by law.

10. Exceptions

Refunds are not available for change of mind after digital content delivery has begun with your consent, for failure to use purchased access within the validity period, for inability to participate in exercises due to personal circumstances unrelated to product defects, or for live group sessions you chose not to attend when recordings were made available to subscribers.

11. Dispute Resolution

If you are dissatisfied with our response to a refund request, you may contact the Finnish Consumer Advisory Services (Kuluttajaneuvonta) or use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. These Terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under Finnish and EU law.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Return Policy to reflect changes in our products or legal requirements. The current version is always available at purgingrinse.shop/return.html. Changes apply to purchases made after the updated policy is published unless otherwise required by law.
